Kadang tanpa sadar, kita terbiasa melihat segala sesuatu dari satu sudut pandang saja. Misalnya, kalo kita cuma punya satu cara berpikir, satu keterampilan, atau satu pendekatan, maka setiap masalah akan tampak seperti hal yang sama. Seperti kata Mark Twain, kalau satu-satunya alat yang kita punya adalah palu, maka semua hal akan terlihat seperti paku. Padahal, hidup jauh lebih kompleks dari itu.
